This total is one of my favorite picks on the board! Over 75% of the tickets and 85% of the money is on the Under, but I expect this game to be explosive! The first two games went Under the posted total, but this matchup should be different. Both teams are starting middle-of-the-pack pitchers. Miles Mikolas is 4-6 with a 4.85 ERA this season, coming off two solid outings this month, but I anticipate he'll struggle this morning. Jameson Taillon will be pitching for the Cubs; he's 3-2 with a 3.09 ERA but has struggled against right-handed batters, with the Cardinals hitting .324 against him. The Cardinals have been seeing the ball well, scoring 12 runs over their last three road games. Both bullpens have been subpar, with Cardinals relievers allowing 4.11 runs per nine innings and the Cubs allowing 5.07 runs per nine innings. My projections have this game closer to the 12-14 run range. Take the Over!
