Houston Astros vs Washington Nationals (5:07pm)

This is a do-or-die game for the Houston Astros and I expect them to come through for us and extend the series tonight! Nobody would have thought the Nationals were going to play this well coming down this stretch but it's doesn't mean the Astros are completely out of it. Anibal Sanchez will be on the mound for the Nationals and if there was any pitcher on the Nationals rotation to win a game against, it would be him. He's coming off a near-perfect game against the Cardinals where Sanchez was four outs away from a no-hitter! Zack Greinke is coming off a huge win against the New York Yankees where he allowed just one run on three hits and four walks in 4 1/3 innings of work. The edge for this game comes down to the pitching matchup and I believe Sanchez will likely struggle due to him being out the rotation for some time. He hasn't pitched for over two weeks now I think he will likely struggle with his command. Greinke will be well-rested and play with that extra chip on his shoulders after watching both Gerrit Cole and Justin Verlander go down. Astros win in a rout tonight!
