The Cubs simply have the better offense in this matchup against the Cardinals and I think they will have no issues scoring runs against Carlos Martinez. The Cub's offense scored 23 runs during the sweep of the Padres this past weekend and I look for their bats to stay hot against St. Louis! Carlos Martinez is only 4-4 with a 4.58 ERA in 25 games (15 starts) against the Chicago Cubs. The last time Martinez pitched against the Cubs he surrendered three runs and walked six batters in five innings of work.
