Ole Mississippi vs Florida State (5:00pm)

Ole Miss returns five starters on offense and five on defense. Last year Ole Miss ’15 defense allowed 22.6 PPG. Three of the top four tacklers are gone, but the leading tackler is back. That would be LB DeMarquis Gates, who had 76 tackles last year. He will be joined by DeMarcus Walker who led the team with 10.5 sacks and 15 tackles for loss last year. I don't see any leaks in their defense this season.

The public seemed to have overlooked how well this team plays as an underdog. The line movement was really crazy for this game as odds moved up and down. It was really hard to distinguish what was smart money and what was public money. I believe the true signal of sharp money being placed was during this afternoon when the odds on Ole Miss went from +6 to +4.5. Ole Miss finished last season with a 10-3 record, going 9-4 ATS. The Rebels started 4-0, including a second straight win over Alabama.

I also saw a slight advantage for Ole Miss in the QB department! Chad Kelly is still in the top 10 list of QB's this season and I feel he will make a statement tonight. Let's not forget when Kelly destroyed the Oklahoma State Cowboys as a huge underdog (48-20) connecting for over 302 passing yards.
