I'm going with the Over tonight, reason being that Bluejays are crushing the ball right now. It would be dangerous to take a total lower than 9.5 these days with them. It always wise to also watch the odds on the total through out the day if you plan on betting it. I was able to confirm the odds did move in our favor as the juice went from -110 on the over to -105. From this you can assume the public moved the odds.
